# 1:1 Meetings

1:1 meetings strengthen relationships between individuals and form a social network built on trust. When people meet 1:1 and learn about each other's environments and circumstances they provide each other with context on their decision framework.

It is sometimes also easier that way to kick-start an idea for a project.
