Recurring projects have already been established within the organization as part of the required work. They can be created at a regular frequency (e.g. bi-weekly or monthly) and sometimes produce artifacts. Individuals responsible for the completion of the projects need to have an expert role in Discord, which means that they completed the scope of work previously.

The process looks like this:

  1. A director of a business unit creates a project with specific roles and tasks.

  2. A stakeholder is selected to supervise the project.

  3. An Expert gets scheduled on the project and can split the work with a contributor

  4. The project gets completed, ideally with a retrospective including the team

  5. New contributors may receive new Discord roles.

The project can then be completed and will be added to the portfolios.
