# Workflow

## Discuss with Stakeholders scope of the project.

## Analyze project documentation.

## Analyze project design.

## Discuss with team.

## Elaborate project structure and main flows.

## Divide team members on each part of the project.

## Regularly look through pushed code.

## Regularly look through what is ready and how it works.

## One in a day - two do standups with team and see where they and if there are blocked.

## Regularly collect question from team members, and if can't answer them, discuss with stakeholders.
