Project-based work

How to approach joining projects and contribute.

Deep Skills consists entirely of project-based work. There are discrete projects that happen only once and there are recurring projects that are being completed by a team on a regular basis. Working in a project-based manner helps us keep track of our skills and coordinate remotely without necessarily knowing each other.
