Anyone can start a project and be an owner of the work. As you repeat a similar structure of a project, you will define clear roles and skills.

Creating a new skill, role, or recurring project at Deep Skills is a process that can take a lot of ideas and needs to meet the constraints of the organization. While you can provide the ideas and work, someone who owns a role at Deep Skills will have to make sure it makes sense within the organization before it gets fully integrated.
